Presidents Cup





The US Youth Soccer Presidents Cup is designed for Boys and Girls 12U -19U teams seeking additional challenges to play against teams of similar abilities for a national title. The cup provides a progressive, competitive experience to teams that might not otherwise get the opportunity to participate in a series of unique experiences highlighting competition, camaraderie, and community from the state to regional to national levels of US Youth Soccer.


USYS State Presidents Cup:

Location: Rhode Island at location to be determined.

Dates:  Preliminary dates are TBA.  Semi-finals and Finals are May 9-10, 2022


Registration Deadline: March10,2022 at 5:00 PM


Rhode Island 12U-19U Teams will compete at the state level with champions advancing to the regional level of the tournament, the USYS Eastern Regional Presidents Cup.

USYS Eastern Regional Presidents Cup:

Location: Charleston and Barboursville, WV

Dates: June 17 - 21

Boy and Girl 12U winners are national champions.

Winners from the eastern region in the 13U through 19U boys and girls groups will advance to play for the national title at the USYS National Presidents Cup.

USYS National Presidents Cup:

Location: Greensboro, NC

Dates: July 7 – 10

Winners from each region at each age group 13U – 19U boys and girls will play for the National Presidents Cup Championship.

​Note:  The US Youth Soccer Presidents Cup is a separate series of events from the US Youth Soccer National Championship Series.

Registration is now open. Registration will close on March 10, 2022, at 5 pm.  Schedules will be published TBD. Rosters are due by April 17, 2022, at 5 pm and rosters will freeze May 7, 2022, at 5 pm. Semis\Finals for the USYS RI State Presidents Cup will be May 14-15, 2022 at location TBA. The withdrawal fee after schedules are published is $200.00.

Teams registering must be participating in a Soccer Rhode Island Member Club's competitive program. In addition, all players, coaches, and managers must be registered with Soccer Rhode Island.
