Youth Module 1 Course Info & Registration

The Youth Module Level 1 (YM-1) course is for the coach of U6 and U8 teams. The YM-1 certificate is required for all U7 & U8 travel coaches.

The course is presented in two parts:

One Three (3) hour webinar* covers the developmental aspects of coaching the 6, 7 and 8 year old players.

One Two (2) to Three (3) hour field session during which each coach is given 5 to 10 minutes to coach a team demonstrating the "good" practices they have learned in the webinar.

*To participate in a webinar, you must have a computer with internet AND computer speakers and computer microphone OR computer headset with microphone.

**The evening before your scheduled Webinar, you will receive a link and login instructions to attend the webinar. If you do not receive an email please email odel94@cox.net

Saturday March 9th, 2013
- Y1 Field Session
- Time: 2:00pm - 5:00pm
- Place: Flat River Annex Gym (Across from The Coventry Town Hall & Library) - 1675 Flat River Road. Coventry, RI 02816
  - The Gym is at the back of the building. Park in the small parking area on the side of the building

Saturday March 16th, 2013
- Y1 Field Session
- Time: 1:00pm - 4:00pm
- Place: Wide World of Indoor Sports - South

Monday March 18th, 2013
- Y1 Field Session
- Time: 6:00pm - 9:00pm
- Place:Greystone Elementary School - 100 Morgan Ave., North Providence, RI 02911
