General Information
-All tryouts will be held at Providence Country Day (PCD) located at 660 Waterman St, East Providence, RI 02914
-We encourage everyone to attend all sessions set up for their age group
-Registration begins at 5:15PM
What Should I Bring to Tryouts?
1. Tryout Registration Form
2. Copy of Birth Certificate (Returning players do not need to bring one)
3. $15 Tryout Fee (we accept checks payable to Bayside United or cash)
4. Fully inflated soccer ball, cleats, shinguards and water
NOTE: We will provide forms for those that cannot download them
