2012-2013 Olympic Development Program Tryouts

Schedule:
9:00-10:30 am (98, 99, 00, 01-02 Girls)
10:45-12:15 pm (98, 99, 00, 01-02 Boys)
12:30 pm-2:00 pm (96 Boys, 97 Boys, 96 & 97 Girls)
Kindly print out the Registration Form after completing the process.Make sure it is sign by a Parent or Legal Guardian where indicated and submit at Headquarters(Registration)at the Main Entrance of WWIS.
If you have checked-in and received a Tryout Shirt, please proceed to the assigned field. Attendance will done on the field.
Tryout Fee: $15.00
Pre-register Fee is $15.00 before 8:00 pm on Thursday, Aug. 2, 2012.
Registration at the field is $20.00.
Call Backs will be notified after the second tryout via email.
