Registration
General Coaching Course Informaton:
Participants must attend all listed dates for each course. Please arrive before the posted start time prepared to participate in class wearing comfortable clothing and sneakers. Also, bring a water bottle, soccer ball, pen and paper.
Pre-registration with payment is required walk-ins are not accepted. Registration forms and payments must be received at the SRI office no later than the date on the registration form unless the course reaches the maximum number of allowed participants prior to that date.
Unless otherwise noted in the course description courses are limited to a maximum number of participants:
Youth Module level 1 and 2 maximum of 14 participants
E and D License course maximum of 30 participants
Course slots are filled on a first come first served basis, as completed registrations and payment are received.

The Youth Module Level 1 is an 6 hour course:
Thursday, August 26, 2010 -- 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm
Thursday, September 2, 2010 -- 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm
Unless the course fills before hand, registrations and payment must be received by 5:00 pm on August 25, 2010.
A minimum of 8 coaches are required to hold the course.
A maximum of 14 coaches will be accepted into the course.
The course fee is $35.00
To register for this Youth Module Level 1 course please download, complete and then print the course application. Mail the signed completed course application with your payment check to Soccer Rhode Island, mailing address is on the very top of the form.
To be placed on the waitlist for the next coaching course, select the form for the course you wish to pre-register for from the list below. Complete the form and forward to the SRI office with your payment check:
Please note this only places you on the waitlist for a course. Once a course is announced, you must complete the application for the specific course and forward to the office.
