Clinic Locations

Smithfield High School
Route 295 to Route 44 West (Exit 7B). Turn right onto Route 5 North at light. Follow Route 5 North for approximately 1/2 mile. At junction of Route 116, turn sharp left onto Route 116 South. Entrance to the school is the second driveway on your right. Barrington Middle School
Route 195 to Route 114 South (Exit 7). Follow Route 114 South for approximately 5 miles. Turn right onto Lincoln Avenue, just after Barrington High School. Turn left at first stop sign onto Middle Highway. Entrance to the school is on your right.

Chariho Middle School
Route 95 to Route 138 West (Exit 3B). Turn left at junciton of Route 3 South (and also Route 138 West). At blinking light, Route 138 West will turn right - turn LEFT onto Mechanic Street. Follow Mechanic Street for approximately 4 miles. Entrance to the school will be the second driveway on your right after the entrance to Chariho High School.

South Kingstown High School, Room 222
Route 95 to Route 4 South (Exit 9 - LEFT EXIT). Follow Route 4 South to its end (10 miles), merging onto Route 1 South. Follow Route 1 South for 6 miles. Take Wakefield Center Exit. Bear right at the end of the exit. At the second traffic light, turn right onto Route 108 North (Kingstown Road). Turn left onto School Street (just after Old Mountain Bowling Lanes). Follow School Street until it ends, turning right onto Columbia Street. The entrance to the school will be immediately on your right.

Warwick Public Library
Route 95 to Route 113 East (Exit 12A). Follow Route 113 East to its end. Turn left onto Route 117 East. Get into the left lane to take 45-degree left turn (at next stoplight) onto Sandy Lane. Library entrance will be approximately 1/2 mile down the street on the right.

Coventry Community Center
Route 95 to Hopkins Hill Road (Exit 6A). Bear westbound onto Hopkins Hill Road (from 95 South, bear right - from 95 North, turn left). Follow Hopkins Hill Road to its end (going through stoplight at junction of Route 3). Turn right onto South Main Street. Follow South Main Street to its end. Turn left onto Route 117 West. Entrance to the center will be 1/4 mile down the street on your right.

Cold Spring Center, North Kingstown
Route 95 to Route 4 South (Exit 9 - LEFT EXIT). Follow Route 4 South to Route 102 South (Exit 6A). Follow Route 102 South to its end (in downtown Wickford). Turn right onto Scenic Route 1A South (Boston Neck Road). At next traffic light, turn left onto Beach Street. Follow Beach Street to its end. Parking lot for the center will be on your right.

Cranston Portuguese Club
Route 95 to Route 37 East (Exit 14E). Follow Route 37 East to its end, merging onto Route 1 North (Post Road). Follow Route 1 North as it bears to the left onto Elmwood Avenue (Post Road becomes Route 1A). The club entrance is approximately 1.5 miles down the street on your left.
