2010 ODP Tryout Registration Form   
        The tryout fee is $25 prepaid, $30 at the field.  Those who preregister using this link will receive emails announcing the tryouts.  Please remember when completing the link above to print out the Tryout Information and Medical Release form that accompanies your Certificate of Registration.  Please mail the form to the SRI office or bring with you to the tryouts.
