Coaches Convention

SRI is open to Coaches, Administrators, Parents, Players and anyone else that is interested in Youth & High School Soccer. This is a golden opportunity for everyone to learn more about the Technical and Tactical aspects of the game of Soccer from some of the best Clinicians/College Coaches in the Country. There is No Entrance fee for attendees although donations will be gratefully accepted.

The world-class demonstrations/clinics being conducted during the day will enhance the knowledge of every coach and player that are willing to learn more about soccer. Attendees are regularly encouraged to visit the adjacent and conveniently positioned Exhibitor Zone on Field 4.

Demonstrations on Field 1 & 2 will be conducted by the following Clinicians from 8am – 4pm:

 Sam Snow (US Youth Soccer Director of Coaching Education)

 Dan Gaspar (Head men's soccer coach at the University of Hartford as well as the Goalkeeping Coach with the Portugal National Team at the 2010 World cup)

 Tom Goodman (Mass Youth Soccer Technical Director, National Staff Instructor at the USSF National Coaching Schools)

 Sue Ryan (Stony Brook University Women’s Head Coach)

 John O’Conner (University of RI Men’s Head Coach)

 SRI Coaching Education Staff

Youth Modules will be conducted on Field 3 by the SRI Coaching Education Staff

Referee Clinics and Recertification’s will be held in the Dome on Field 5

All Exhibitors will be placed on Field 4 from 8:00am - 10:00pm

We will also be holding a 3v3 Tournament for both Youth and Adults from 5pm – 11pm. Player Fees: Youth $10, Adult $20










